The Training
During your 3-year training as a tourism clerk, you will get to know all the important job-specific training content in addition to the various departments, such as the travel agency, group travel, or accounting.
This includes, among other things:
- Customer consulting
- Booking confirmations and document dispatch
- Tourist product development and group business
- Billing with organizers and customers
Your Requirements:
