Over the Karer Pass, past the beautiful Lake Carezza, you will reach Bolzano. Let yourself be enchanted by the scenic beauty and extraordinary phenomena of this unique mountain world. Day 3 | Bolzano and Caldaro

Breakfast from the buffet. Today, the journey takes you to the South Tyrolean capital, Bolzano. The city's origin and current significance are due to its central location at the confluence of the Adige and Isarco rivers. The focal point is Walther Square, named after the minstrel Walther von der Vogelweide. After a guided city tour, you will have some free time. Perhaps you will visit the famous Ötzi Museum. In an interestingly designed exhibition, you will learn everything you need to know about the glacier mummy "Ötzi" from the late Neolithic/Copper Age. In the afternoon, you will continue to the South Tyrolean Wine Road – to Caldaro. Wine and lake shape the cultural landscape of Caldaro on the Wine Road. In addition to vineyards dotted with old estates, cypress, laurel, and olive trees characterize the Mediterranean landscape around Lake Caldaro. To conclude the day, we invite you to a cozy wine tasting. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
