Taubertal - Circular Hiking Trail & Miltenberg
from/to Wertheim, approx. 12.4 km
The so-called Wine-Tauber hiking trail takes you through meadows, forests, and along vineyards. You start in Wertheim from the town hall in the old town, then along the Tauber to the wine village of Reicholzheim and back through the vineyards. Hike along the charming slopes of the Taubertal and cross vineyard terraces (where it can get a bit steeper). Information boards provide insights into the history and wine culture of this area. Through woods and fields, you return to Wertheim to the starting point, and then you will continue with our bus to Miltenberg. There you will have free time and the opportunity for a boat trip or a visit to Miltenburg with a magnificent view of the city.
