Juist Island

1st Day | Arrival

Departure and journey to the north. From Norddeich, you take the ferry to the island of Juist, which you can already see to the northwest. Upon your arrival at the harbor, you will be taken to the hotel by horse-drawn carriage.

2nd Day | Island carriage ride

Juist is not only car-free but even vehicle-free. Almost everything here is done with horse-drawn carts. And so you will get to know the island during a leisurely carriage ride in the fresh, spicy sea air. During your carriage ride, you will experience a very special enjoyment of peace. While you are being driven and can hear the gentle clattering of hooves, you gaze over the beautiful landscape of the island of Juist.

3rd – 7th Day | Free time

Become one with nature and treat your body, mind, and soul to a few carefree days in the midst of almost untouched nature. Juist belongs to the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park and has the title of UNESCO World Natural Heritage. Visit the National Park House, participate in nature excursions, mudflat tours, or nature carriage rides, or simply let your soul dangle.

8. Day | Return journey

Well-rested, you can enjoy your breakfast one last time before the horse-drawn carriage takes you to the ship. In Norddeich, your coach will be waiting for you again, and you will begin your journey home.
