Day 1 | Rotterdam – Embarkation

In the morning, travel by bus to Rotterdam and enjoy some free time. In the afternoon, continue to the port and embark on the ferry to Hull. After settling into your cabin, you can enjoy the various restaurants, bars, and entertainment options on board.

Day 2 | Through Northern England to Liverpool

In the morning, you will arrive in Hull and continue towards Liverpool. On the way, visit the National Coal Mining Museum, which offers fascinating insights into English industrial and mining history with original buildings, machinery, and workshops. Afterward, you will reach Liverpool – once a major world port and now the “Capital of Pop.” After checking into your hotel, you can stroll through the historic waterfront area at Pier Head, take in the view of the iconic Three Graces, and take a souvenir photo at the famous Beatles monument.

Day 3 | All you need is Liverpool

Today, follow in the footsteps of the legendary “Fab Four” and immerse yourself in 1960s Liverpool. On a guided tour, you will see Penny Lane, Strawberry Field, and the former homes of John Lennon and Paul McCartney from the outside. In the afternoon, visit the “Beatles Story” at the historic Albert Dock. Original exhibits, photos, and multimedia presentations tell the story of the “Fab Four” and the worldwide Beatlemania. To conclude the day, experience Liverpool from the water on the famous “Ferry Cross the Mersey.”

Day 4 | Anfield and the “Capital of Pop”

On a tour of the legendary Anfield Stadium, home of Liverpool FC, you will learn about player changing rooms, the press room, and the famous “Kop” stand in the morning. After an individual lunch break, discover why Liverpool is known as the “Capital of Pop.” At the British Music Experience, explore the history of British pop music through numerous original exhibits from artists like Freddie Mercury, David Bowie, Amy Winehouse, and the Beatles. Then head to the creative Baltic Triangle. Street art, former warehouses, galleries, bars, and modern creative spaces now characterize this former industrial area.

Day 5 | Coventry – London

Today, you will leave Liverpool and travel to London. First, visit the Anderton Boat Lift, an impressive technical monument of Victorian engineering. About halfway, you will reach Coventry. Stretch your legs in the medieval streets and admire the two cathedrals (free, but donations are appreciated). In the evening, you will arrive in London and check into your hotel.
