Mountain Doctor Mountain Festival

Between gentle alpine meadows, quiet forests, and the distinctive southern mountains, your experiences begin right at your doorstep. The highlight of this trip is the “Bergdoktor Bergfest” in the enchanting setting of the BergErlebnisWelt Hexenwasser in Söll. At the Bergdoktorfest, you have the opportunity to ask questions to the stars surrounding Hans Sigl and experience the actors up close. The varied stage program offers surprises every year and provides excellent entertainment at the foot of the Hohe Salve in Hochsöll.

Day 1 | Arrival

Arrival in Tyrol. You will be warmly welcomed at the Lifesport Hotel Hechenmoos in Aurach.

Day 2 | "Bergdoktor Mountain Festival" and

Hexenwasser

Right in the morning, you will comfortably take the state-of-the-art Hexenwasser gondola from the valley station in Söll up to Hexenwasser. When in Hochsöll, instead of witches, Hans Sigl and Co. are up to their "mischief", it can only mean one thing: It's time for the Bergdoktor Mountain Festival again! Rarely do you have the opportunity to meet actors in person. Today, Bergdoktor Martin Gruber and his series colleagues are within reach and are happy to answer your questions (no autographs possible). Additionally, you can expect entertainment at numerous Hexenwasser experience stations, a musical program, and various delicacies at many market stalls. After an eventful day, a joint dinner awaits you at the hotel.

Day 3 | Bergdoktor Practice and Wilder Kaiser Tour

After breakfast, you will make your way to the picturesque, rustic Bergdoktor practice. From the parking lot, you can easily reach it via a 10-minute walk. On-site, you have the unique opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of the Bergdoktor and capture unforgettable memory photos. Afterwards, you will embark on a varied tour. In the morning, you will explore Kufstein, the much-sung "Pearl of Tyrol". The charming Römerhofgasse with its traditional house paintings will particularly delight you. At lunchtime, the melody of the Heroes' Organ, played daily in memory of fallen heroes, fills the entire city. In the early afternoon, you will continue to the idyllic Walchsee. Via the baroque St. Johann in Tyrol, you will finally return to your accommodation. You will end the day with a joint dinner at the hotel.

Day 4 | Rattenberg and Achensee

After breakfast, your journey through Tyrol begins towards Rattenberg, the smallest town in Austria, a true gem of Tyrolean history. The town impresses with its narrow, cobbled streets, charming medieval houses, and historic towers. Rattenberg is also famous for its glassblowing workshops. Next, you will head to Achensee, Tyrol's largest lake, which impresses with its clear water, mountains, and numerous leisure activities such as hiking, boat trips, or relaxing by the shore. Thus, the journey ideally combines culture, craftsmanship, and nature experience. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 5 | Return Journey

With many unforgettable impressions in your luggage, you will start your journey home today.
