Day 1 | Arrival

Departure in the morning and drive to South Tyrol. Check-in and dinner at the hotel in Merano.

Day 2 | Merano

After breakfast, you will get to know the diverse Merano during a city tour. You will see the Bolzano Gate, St. Nicholas Parish Church, the Sissi statue, and many other sights. You will also receive useful information and tips for your stay in Merano. Discover the green promenades, botanical gardens, parks, and waterways of the historic spa town. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 | Dolomites Tour

Today you will experience spectacular views as you drive over Welschnofen and through the Fassa Valley up to the 2,239 m high Pordoi Pass. After a stop, continue over the Sella Pass – Wolkenstein into the Gröden Valley to St. Ulrich. Stroll leisurely through the picturesque town center before driving back to the hotel via Kastelruth and through the Eisack Valley.

Day 4 | Free Time

Today is at your leisure. Stroll through Merano, follow the course of the Passer, or enjoy an aperitivo.

Day 5 | Bolzano – Kaltern

After breakfast, you will drive through the Etsch Valley to Bolzano. The city owes its origin and current significance to its central location at the confluence of the Etsch and Eisack rivers. After a guided tour, you will have some free time. Perhaps you will visit the famous Ötzi Museum. In an interestingly designed exhibition, you will learn everything important about the glacier mummy "Ötzi" from the late Neolithic/Copper Age. In the afternoon, you will continue along the South Tyrolean Wine Road to Kaltern. Wine and lake shape the cultural landscape of Kaltern on the Wine Road. To conclude the day, we invite you to a cozy wine tasting. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6 | Dorf Tirol – Vinschgau

Above Merano lies the village of Tirol, an agricultural fruit and wine village and a place of culture. Numerous cultural treasures, castles, and churches testify to this. You will hike to the ancestral castle, Castle Tirol, which is now home to the Museum of Regional History. Back in the village, you will have some free time. Stroll along the shops and boutiques or stop by one of the cafés. Afterwards, you will continue to the Vinschgau and the idyllic little village of Algund – embraced by the mountains and blessed by the sun. The peaks of the Texel Group rise into the deep blue sky, and a breeze of Mediterranean air flows in from the south. In the early afternoon, return to the hotel for dinner.

Day 7 | Free Time

Enjoy the rich breakfast buffet. Design today according to your own ideas. How about a visit to the Therme Meran, about 350 m away, with 6 indoor pools, 8 outdoor pools, various saunas, and relaxation rooms.

Day 8 | Return Journey

After breakfast, the luggage will be loaded, and you will begin your journey home with many beautiful impressions in your travel luggage.
