Day 1 | Arrival at Traunsee

Departure in the morning and drive towards Salzkammergut. At the country hotel in Ebensee on Traunsee, you will be warmly welcomed with a welcome drink. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 | Traunsee – Schloss Ort – Gmunden

You will drive along the Traunsee to Schloss Ort, picturesque on a tiny island in the Traunsee, your first sightseeing destination. It has become a popular attraction since the German-Austrian television series “Schlosshotel Orth.” Continue to Gmunden for a guided tour and free time. Even the Prince of Wales referred to this place as one of the most beautiful spots in the world! Southern flair, surrounded by villas and castles, the magnificent location, the good unspoiled air, and the clear water of the Traunsee give this small town its uniqueness. Magnificent townhouses and the Renaissance town hall with its famous carillon are witnesses of the former prosperity from salt trade. You will return to your hotel for dinner.

Day 3 | Salzburg

Today you will visit the romantic city of Salzburg. With its baroque domes and churches, crowned by the Hohensalzburg Fortress, it is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world. During a city tour, you will discover the most important sights. Its world fame is due to the composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, who was born here in 1756. Afterwards, there will still be time to explore Salzburg on your own. Experience the charming old town and of course the famous Getreidegasse. Through the beautiful Salzkammergut, past Fuschlsee and Wolfgangsee, you will return to the hotel.

Day 4 | Bad Ischl – Winter Variety Show

After breakfast, you will travel to Bad Ischl and initially have free time. Afterwards, enjoy the city from a nostalgic perspective - on a carriage ride. With the Fiaker, you will visit the most beautiful places and monuments of the city. Then there will be hot chocolate and cake to warm up and strengthen you. Now the highlight awaits you – the visit to the Winter Variety Show: entertainment that touches the soul! The 2 x 50-minute program fascinates with dreamy juggling, unique balance art, spectacular aerial acrobatics, fascinating artistry, and charming comedy at the highest level. A show with top acts from the international variety world combined with a multimedia presentation. After the show, around 4:40 PM, return to the hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5 | Departure

Today it is time to say goodbye, and after breakfast, you will begin your journey home.
