Itinerary
Day 1 | Arrival in Antwerp – MAS Boulevard
Departure in the morning and drive to Antwerp. During an initial city tour, you will gain first impressions of the Flemish metropolis. You will pass the iconic Havenhuis by Zaha Hadid, the historic diamond district, and the train station. Afterwards, you will visit the MAS Boulevard around the Museum aan de Stroom and enjoy the special flair of the modern harbor district. With its 60 m height, it offers a breathtaking 360° panorama of the city, the river, and the harbor. After that, you will check into your hotel and conclude the first day of travel with dinner.
Day 2 | Bruges – Medieval Charm
Today you will travel to Bruges, one of the most beautiful cities in Flanders. During a walk through the historic city center, you will discover picturesque alleys, magnificent squares, and impressive buildings. You will also visit the Church of Our Lady, which is one of the most significant sights in the city. Afterwards, you will glide through the idyllic canals of the old town on a boat tour. Before you head back to Antwerp, you will have some free time. Individual evening arrangements in Antwerp.
Day 3 | Antwerp – History at Every Turn
On a guided tour through the historic city center, you will discover the most beautiful sides of Antwerp. A highlight is the visit to the Cathedral of Our Lady, where you can admire significant works by Peter Paul Rubens. Two of the impressive paintings were created specifically for the location where they can still be seen today. In addition, you will visit the St. Carolus Borromeo Church, the quintessential Rubens church, as well as the Plantin-Moretus Museum (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with the oldest printing press in the world. The rest of the afternoon is free for you to explore, enjoy a café visit, or stroll through the city center. In the evening, you have the opportunity to attend a performance at the Vlaamse Opera and conclude the day in a special way (additional cost). Individual round trip.

Day 4 | Ursuline Institute – Mechelen – Return Journey
After breakfast, it is time to say goodbye. On the return journey, you will make a stop in Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-Waver and visit the Ursuline Institute. This magnificent example of Art Nouveau was once a girls' school of international renown. During a guided tour, you will see the impressive highlights of the historic building complex and visit the breathtaking Art Nouveau winter garden from 1900. You will spend your lunch break individually in Mechelen. With beautiful and certainly new impressions in your luggage, you will begin your journey home.
