Automotive Mechatronics Technician for Commercial Vehicles (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities:
- You take care of our vehicles at the depot in Lautzenhausen, ensuring that our passengers travel safely from A to B.
- You maintain coaches and city buses – regardless of diesel, electric, or hybrid drive.
- You utilize modern diagnostic systems and specifically address faults using this technology and your high quality awareness.
- You ensure that our buses are ready for service as quickly as possible.
- You diagnose CAN bus systems.
- You install mechanical and electrical retrofit systems.
- You conduct external operations with our mobile service vehicles.
You are responsible for:
- Maintenance, servicing, and repair of door systems
- The passenger information system
- The vehicle heating and ventilation
- The air conditioning
- The drivetrain and engine control
- The chassis and brakes
- The steering and interior fittings
- Vehicle electronics and electrical systems
Your Profile:
- You have successfully completed training as a vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) (all specializations) or a comparable qualification.
- You have experience in the maintenance of commercial vehicles as well as good knowledge in the application of diagnostic systems.
- Ideally, you have experience in the exchange of major components of the drive train and chassis technology.
- You are interested in new drive technologies and ideally already have initial experience with system and high-voltage technology.
