Day 1 | Hannover, the City of Gardens

Awaits you!

Departure in the morning and drive to Hannover. Your first destination: Take the bow lift to the nearly 100-meter-high dome of the New Town Hall, a technically unique construction in Europe. The lift changes direction after a few meters and glides upwards at an angle of up to 17 degrees. From there, you have a wonderful view over the city and region. Then, head to one of the city's most popular excursion destinations, the Maschsee. Relax and take in your first impressions of the city on a boat tour. Drive to the hotel, room allocation, and dinner.

Day 2 | “Colorful Paradise”

After breakfast, you will discover the highlights of the city of Hannover on a city tour/walk. The historical half-timbered facades of the old town are among the special attractions of the city. Afterwards, drive to Bad Nenndorf to visit the eighth Lower Saxony State Garden Show. Immerse yourself in a fascinating garden world, impressive plant diversity, and creative theme gardens. Nature becomes an experience here, combining knowledge and fun perfectly. You will return to your hotel for dinner.

Day 3 | Hannover – Royal Garden Splendor

This will not only make the hearts of “garden fans” beat faster: You will visit and explore the world-famous Herrenhausen Gardens. Experience garden art and culture at the highest level. This gem of baroque garden art is owed to an extraordinary woman: Electress Sophie of the Palatinate. Inspired by the Sun King Louis XIV, she had the Great Garden laid out at the end of the 17th century based on French, Italian, and Dutch models, making it her life's work. Stroll through one of the best-preserved baroque gardens in Europe – the Great Garden – with its over 300-year history and let yourself be inspired by intricate patterns of boxwood, marble gravel, and colorful flower beds. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure in Hannover. The large pedestrian zone, the Ernst-August-Galerie, and the elegant shopping arcades invite you to shop. In the old town, you can stroll through medieval alleys, relax by the banks of the Leine, or in one of the many cafés. Or perhaps you feel like animal encounters? The Erlebnis-Zoo Hannover is often referred to as one of the most beautiful zoos in Germany. Individual evening arrangements.

Day 4 | Fritzlar – Return Journey

Today it is time to say goodbye to Hannover. The return journey first takes you to the cathedral and imperial city of Fritzlar with its impressive half-timbered backdrop, cultural-historical buildings, ancient cobblestones, and medieval alleys. You will have free time and the opportunity for an individual lunch break. After that, you will embark on your journey home with many beautiful impressions in your travel luggage.
