ABBA Voyage

Look forward to a long weekend in London and experience "ABBA Voyage", the extraordinary comeback of the Swedish cult band with a spectacular live show! Take a journey back to the late 1970s and see Agnetha, Björn, Benny, and Anni-Frid wonderfully rejuvenated on stage as "ABBA avatars" thanks to sophisticated technology. The voices come from the original recordings of the songs, and a ten-member live band accompanies the legendary hits of the pop icons.

Day 1 | Arrival – Ferry Crossing – London

Departure in the morning and drive to the ferry port in Calais/Dunkirk. The ferry takes you across the English Channel to Dover. You will be greeted from afar by the white chalk cliffs of Dover. After that, the bus continues to London. After checking into your room, the evening is at your leisure.

Day 2 | London – ABBA

This morning, you will explore the world metropolis of London on a city tour. In this diverse city, new trends and ancient traditions go hand in hand, uniting to create a cultural metropolis with a unique flair. Highlights such as the Tower of London or the Tower Bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Houses of Parliament with Big Ben, and Westminster Abbey will inspire you. The royal residences Kensington Palace and Buckingham Palace provide insight into royal palace life in the 21st century. Did you know that London, with all its parks, is one of the greenest cities in the world? Afterwards, you will have free time. How about an extensive shopping spree? Whether luxurious shops like Harrods, quaint markets, or large shopping centers, London has a wealth of different offerings. You shouldn't miss a portion of Fish & Chips or a pint in one of the many pubs. In the evening, you will experience “ABBA Voyage,” the first virtual live concert in music history (duration approx. 90 minutes). With a combination of the latest technology, spectacular lighting, and some of the most popular songs of all time, ABBA takes the stage in a whole new way. In a breathtaking, purpose-built arena, one of the most beloved groups in history performs as digital avatars in a “groundbreaking” (Metro) concert that you simply must see (BBC). After the concert, return by bus to the hotel.

Day 3 | London

You can spend today freely according to your wishes to discover and experience London. Visit the Tower of London and explore the 900-year history of the Tower as a royal palace and fortress, prison and execution site, mint, arsenal, zoo, and storage place for the Crown Jewels. Or visit Leadenhall Market, which served as the backdrop for Diagon Alley in the first Harry Potter film. Alternatively, a walk along the South Bank with its street performers, cozy cafés, and impressive views of the Tower Bridge invites you to linger. In the evening, West End shows, top-class musicals, and innovative plays await.

Day 4 | Return Journey

After a final breakfast, it is time to say goodbye to the British capital. With many new impressions in your luggage, you will head to the port of Dover, where the ferry crossing over the English Channel to Calais or Dunkirk awaits. During the crossing, you will have another opportunity to enjoy the fresh sea air. Afterwards, you will continue your return journey by coach.
