Itinerary
Day 1 | Arrival in Maribor – Overnight Stay
Departure in the morning and drive to Maribor for an overnight stay at the 4-star Hotel Piramida (local category). Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 | Maribor – Makarska Riviera
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will continue your journey towards the Makarska Riviera. Nestled between the impressive slopes of the Biokovo Mountains and the crystal-clear blue of the Adriatic Sea lies the Makarska Riviera. You will be warmly welcomed at the 4-star Hotel Park (local category) in Makarska. Check-in and dinner.
Day 3 | Pirate Town Omiš
After breakfast, you will take an excursion to the pirate town of Omiš. Here, many natural forces come together. The Cetina River has carved a massive gorge into the mountains over the centuries on its way to the sea. In the 12th century, raids and naval battles dominated the lives of the locals. The fortresses Fortica and Mirabela are today witnesses to the exciting pirate history. After a guided city tour, you will take a boat trip on the Cetina. The beauty of the Cetina River is often compared to an emerald. Back on land, you will return to Makarska. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 | Makarska – Dubrovnik - Tivat
After breakfast, your journey will take you along the Adriatic coast to Dubrovnik. The view of the fortified old town is breathtaking. Dubrovnik is a unique open-air museum pulsating with vibrant life, a mix of medieval fortress and well-ordered Baroque city, surrounded by deep blue sea.
