Day 1 | Arrival
Departure in the morning and drive to Diano Marina on the Flower Riviera. Check-in and dinner at the hotel.
Day 2 | Cannes – Esterel Mountains – Saint-Raphaël
Drive along the Ligurian coast and the Côte d'Azur, on the Flower and Esterel highway, to Cannes. There, stroll along the famous “Croisette,” the palm-lined promenade, and then continue into the Esterel Mountains. Be fascinated by the sight of the red Polypher rocks, which jut out into the Mediterranean in rugged and eroded formations, interspersed with deep gorges. In Saint-Raphaël, experience the beauty of the Côte d'Azur. Here, narrow alleys wind like a labyrinth through the town. Stroll through the dreamy little town. In the evening, return to your hotel for dinner.
Day 3 | Rapallo – Genoa
After breakfast, the excursion takes you to Rapallo at the Tigullio Gulf. There, the boat trip starts over to Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino (weather permitting). A tiny place with colorful tower houses that surround the natural harbor filled with elegant luxury yachts. A detour to the hillside parish church of the local saint S. Giorgio is definitely worth it, to enjoy the breathtaking view of the town and its bay from a bird's eye perspective. The boat returns to Rapallo, and from there, you continue by bus to
Genoa. A city tour shows you the highlights of Genoa. In the late afternoon, return to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4 | Monaco – Monte Carlo
Today's excursion takes you along “Cap Martin” into the Principality of Monaco. You will be guided through the medieval streets of the old town to the neo-Romanesque Cathedral of Saint Nicolas. Afterwards, explore the Prince's Palace (outside visit), which attracts hundreds of visitors daily with its picturesque changing of the guard every hour. Stroll through the streets of the principality and breathe in the Mediterranean air. Next, head to the district of Monte Carlo. Here, the famous casino is worth seeing, decorated with colorful windows, sculptures, and allegorical paintings. Return to the hotel.
Day 5 | Free Time
Today is yours to spend at your leisure.
Day 6 | Sanremo – Dolceacqua
Today, you will first travel to Sanremo, the undisputed capital of the Flower Riviera. A local guide will show you the most interesting sights and give tips for your free time. Around lunchtime, continue along the picturesque coastal road inland to Dolceacqua. The shared walk through the old alleys is always a great surprise and experience for everyone.
Day 7 | Return Journey
Enjoy one last breakfast at the hotel before you begin your journey home.
