After that, you will continue to Gouda and explore the most beautiful corners on a guided tour. Gouda has a small picturesque historic city center with authentic shops, medieval streets, canals, and courtyards. The Sint-Janskerk is the longest church in the Netherlands and world-famous for its huge breathtaking stained glass windows. Gouda is inextricably linked to its world-famous craftsmanship. This can be experienced in many places. After the tour, you can traverse the city at your own pace and stroll through the medieval streets.
Day 3 | Keukenhof – Nature Reserve
Aalsmeer-East
A vibrant sea of flowers awaits you today at Keukenhof. For many visitors, it is the most beautiful spring park in the world. More than 7 million flower bulbs create an overwhelming variety and make every visit a sensory experience. The historic park designed by Zocher in the English landscape style from 1857 is a focal point for the blooming flower bulbs. Forty gardeners at Keukenhof plant 7 million flower bulbs annually in the 32-hectare park. The various parts of the park range from the English landscape garden to the French Baroque garden. To conclude this beautiful day, we invite you to a whisper boat ride through Aalsmeer-East, a unique Dutch nature reserve with peat bogs, swamp forests, and a historic windmill. After this cozy boat ride, enjoy coffee and cake before returning to your hotel.
