During your stay, you will experience the amazing diversity of the smallest country in the European Union and discover an island that fascinatingly combines its millennia-old history with a modern lifestyle and Mediterranean charm.

Day 1 | Arrival

Transfer from BOHR Island to the airport in Cologne/Bonn and flight to Malta. You will be warmly welcomed at the airport. Transfer by local coach to the hotel. Check-in and dinner.

Day 2 | Mosta – prehistoric south and

colorful fishing village

Today you will travel to the south of the island. There is an opportunity to visit the famous Blue Grotto (boat trip weather dependent and to be paid on site, approx. €8 per person). Afterwards, you will explore the oldest prehistoric temple of Hagar Qim. You will make a stop in the picturesque fishing village of Marsaxlokk with its colorful boats. On the way back, you will also visit the impressive dome church in Mosta.

Day 3 | Day at leisure

A day full of relaxation and enjoyment – perfect for soaking up the sun, comfort, and Mediterranean flair to the fullest. Between the pool, culinary highlights, and the dreamlike atmosphere, this leisure day is guaranteed to be unforgettable.

Day 4 | Valletta

Experience Malta's capital on a guided tour and witness Malta's vibrant past. Detailed explanations will bring you closer to the history of Valletta, which is directly linked to the two great sieges of 1565 and 1942. Furthermore, you will visit the Upper Barracca Gardens and enjoy the view of the natural harbor Grand Harbour. You will visit the magnificent St. John's Co-Cathedral and admire Caravaggio's masterpiece in the Oratory. Malta's history and culture will also be presented to you in an audiovisual show.

Day 5 | Gozo – the green neighboring island

After a short twenty-minute crossing, you will arrive at Mgarr harbor, which immediately prepares you for the unique atmosphere of Gozo. After visiting Dwejra and a photo stop at the salt pans, you will visit the medieval citadel in Victoria. Gozo is famous for its craftsmanship, especially hand-crocheted lace and knitted wool items. Before you head back to the hotel, you will also get to know the fjord-like bay in Xlendi.

Day 6 | Day at leisure

You can spend today according to your wishes.

Day 7 | Mdina – Departure

An eventful journey comes to an end, and it is time to say goodbye to the enchanting island. On the way to the airport, you will make a stop in the old capital Mdina. Here you will receive a small tour of the medieval city. Afterwards, you can stop by one of the many cafés or restaurants before continuing to the airport. Return flight to Cologne/Bonn. Reflect on the impressions of the past days. Return transfer to BOHR Island.

The exclusive hotel is located in the north of the island. All 280 non-smoking rooms are equipped with a bathtub or shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, safe, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi, and coffee/tea maker. There are two restaurants and two bars available. The "Marion Mizzi Wellbeing" spa with indoor and whirlpool offers an oasis of relaxation. Outside the spa, you can relax at two outdoor pools.
