Opening trip to Lake Garda

The Lake Garda is one of the most beautiful lakes in Italy. The steep cliffs seem to plunge directly into this largest lake in Italy, which is so picturesque at the foothills of the Southern Alps and combines everything that makes Italy so charming. Palm trees, olive trees, magnificent waterfront roads along the crystal-clear waters, picturesque bays, idyllic fishing villages, and medieval castles give it a special shine. Even Goethe felt 'magnificently rewarded' at the sight of Lake Garda for the long journey over the Alps.

Day 1 | Arrival

Departure in the morning and drive in a modern coach towards the south. At your hotel in Riva del Garda, you will be welcomed with a cocktail saying "bunvenuti!". Room allocation and dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 | The Feeling of Lake Garda

Today, you will travel with your guide along the eastern side of Lake Garda to the south. Passing Malcesine, you will reach the picturesque towns of Lazise, Garda, and Bardolino. On the southern shore of Lake Garda, on a narrow peninsula, you will find Sirmione, the former fishing village. Here you will see the square Scaliger Castle from the year 1250 and have time for a leisurely stroll through the historic old town with its quaint inns, cobbled alleys, numerous cafés, and shops. Of course, during today's excursion, you will also enjoy a wine tasting with a small snack. You will return to your hotel for dinner.

Day 3 | Lemon Riviera

In the morning, you will take a short walk through the old streets of Riva del Garda. Then it's time to set sail for a boat trip to Limone, on the famous Lemon Riviera. Discover the winding streets of the old town with its stacked houses on the rocks. Above the town, you will find endless olive groves and quaint lemon gardens. After a sightseeing stop, you will return by boat to Riva. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 | Brenta Dolomites

Your guide will meet you today for an excursion, passing medieval villages like Tenno, Fiave, and Ponte Arche into the small Brenta Dolomites, which emerge as towering slender rock formations in the heart of the Adamello Brenta Nature Park. You will be fascinated by the vertical walls and the special colors of the rocks. At noon, you will reach the pearl of the Brenta Dolomites – Madonna di Campiglio. Enjoy the magnificent views and nature. The return journey to the hotel will take you through the Non Valley, along the famous Trentino apple orchards and past Trento. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 | Departure

After breakfast, it's already time to say "Arrivederci!". With many beautiful impressions in your travel luggage, you will begin your journey home.

The family-run 4-star hotel (national category) is located only about 150 m from the beach and about 900 m along the lake to the old town, which is within walking distance.
