Day 1 | Arrival in Templin

Departure in the morning and drive to Templin in the Uckermark. You will be warmly welcomed at the 3-star superior AHORN Seehotel Templin. After room allocation, you will be spoiled with a lavish evening buffet.

Day 2 | Niederfinow Ship Lift

Enjoy a rich breakfast from the buffet. Today's excursion takes you to Niederfinow to the famous ship lift, one of the oldest of its kind still in operation. Experience the fascination of this still-functioning industrial monument during a boat trip through the ship lift, featuring one of the largest and oldest ship lifts in Europe. The return journey to the hotel takes you via Angermünde. The history of the town dates back to the Middle Ages. After an individual sightseeing stay, you will return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 | Szczecin

After breakfast, you will travel to Szczecin – the old Hanseatic city. The history of Szczecin dates back to the 8th century. During a guided tour through the beautiful old town, you will see the castle of the Pomeranian dukes, St. James' Cathedral, and linger on the famous Hakenterraces with a view of the West Oder. You will learn a lot of interesting facts about city life during the imperial era. Afterwards, you will have free time and the opportunity to stroll along the Oder river or take a break in one of the many street cafés, with a wonderful view over Szczecin. You will return to your hotel for dinner. Overnight stay.

Day 4 | Templin – Carriage Tour

After breakfast, we will “take you away” to Templin, the “pearl of the Uckermark.” The small town, located amidst lakes and forests, impresses with its historic old town. Your tour will take you along a section of the completely preserved 1,735 m long city fortifications from the 13th century. Inside, the more than 700-year-old brick building houses the Museum of City History. The marketplace, generously laid out with its 18th-century town hall, is surrounded by linden trees and invites you to stroll. You will end the afternoon with a carriage tour through the Buchheide starting from the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 | Boitzenburger Land

Today's tour combines nature, tradition, and culture. Your first destination is the lovingly preserved “little church in the green” in Alt Placht, a gem of rural half-timbered architecture from the early 18th century. The journey then takes you through the forested and lake-rich landscape around Lychen to Himmelpfort, where the famous Santa Claus post office attracts numerous visitors every year. In the Himmelpfort chocolate shop, you can enjoy fine handmade pralines and hot chocolate. To conclude the day, you will see Boitzenburg Castle, whose impressive silhouette majestically rises from the landscape. You will return to your hotel for dinner.

Day 6 | Departure

Today, unfortunately, it is time to say goodbye. With many beautiful and certainly new impressions in your travel luggage, you will begin your journey home.
