1st Day | (23.12.2026) Arrival Timmendorfer Strand

Departure in the morning and drive to Timmendorfer Strand, the most famous seaside resort on the Holstein Baltic Sea coast. You will be warmly welcomed at the Maritim Seehotel Timmendorfer Strand. Check-in and dinner.

2nd Day | (24.12.2026) Lübeck – Christmas Eve

In the morning, you will go on a discovery tour in Lübeck. Harbor, brick houses and churches, winding streets and alleys – that is Lübeck. The impressive spa architecture of the townhouses and churches still shapes the face of the Hanseatic city, which was founded in 1143 as the first port city on the Baltic Sea and has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage since 1987. Afterwards, you have free time and the opportunity for an individual stroll through the typical brick world of old Lübeck. In the winding alleys, you can find many treasures. Back at the hotel, you have leisure time. Perhaps you will relax in the 3,000 sqm wellness area “maritim spa & beauty care” with sauna, thalasso baths, and much more. For dinner, there is a festive Christmas buffet. The kitchen team will spoil you with exquisite specialties. End the evening comfortably in the Windjammer Bar.

3rd Day | (25.12.2026) Free Time

Enjoy the rich breakfast buffet. Today is entirely yours. The hotel is beautifully located next to the spa park with access to the pedestrian zone, and in just a few steps, you reach the Maritim Seebrücke and Sea Life Timmendorfer Strand. Stroll along the promenade and listen to the rhythmic sound of the waves – almost meditative. In between, take a break in a café. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

4th Day | (26.12.2026) Spa Road – Island of Fehmarn

Enjoy the rich breakfast at the hotel. Afterwards, you will take a trip along the Baltic Sea coast, accompanied by a local guide, through Scharbeutz and Sierksdorf to Grömitz. In winter, the Baltic Sea resort shows its natural splendor, with an original and cozy atmosphere. Continue to the sunny island of Fehmarn. Here you will visit the town of Burg and have free time. Charming alleys, cobblestones, old half-timbered houses – the old town of Burg offers a very special flair. For dinner, you will return to your hotel.

5th Day | (27.12.2026) Schwerin

Look forward to another wonderful day trip during breakfast. Your destination is the state capital of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Schwerin. Go sightseeing here and learn about the special features of the small, beautiful town by the water and let yourself be inspired by history and stories. During a city tour, you will get to know the cathedral and the marketplace, the winding old town alleys, and the castle (outside visit). Afterwards, you have free time and the opportunity to visit the Schwerin Christmas market in front of the town hall, which is one of the most beautiful in Germany. Stroll through the festively decorated alleys – with mulled wine and many treats. In the late afternoon, you will return to Timmendorfer Strand. Dinner and overnight stay.

6th Day | (28.12.2026) Free Time

Those who have booked the complete stay can use today for their own activities.

7th Day | (29.12.2026) Holstein Switzerland

Today you will take a tour through the picturesque hilly and lake landscape of Holstein Switzerland – the natural idyll between the seas. The landscape is unique: it consists largely of a lively up and down of valleys and hills with around 200 small and large lakes in between. Surrounded by a dozen lakes and adorned with an extensive castle area and an idyllic old town: that is Plön. After a visit, you will continue to Eutin, the city of roses. You will be delighted by the history and stylish elegance. Many artists and writers who resided here about 200 years ago were inspired by the spirit of this small town. To conclude, you will make a detour to Gut Panker. The historic estate has been in the family ownership of the Landgraves of Hesse since the 18th century. For dinner, you will return to your hotel.

8th Day | (30.12.2026) Hamburg

After breakfast, you will travel to Hamburg – the high north and the gateway to the world. Manageable like a small town yet lively, sparkling, and with a fresh breeze of world city air. During a city tour, discover the harbor with the landing bridges and St. Pauli, the city center with its historic buildings, the park landscape of the Außenalster, the HafenCity with the Elbphilharmonie (outside visit), and much more. Afterwards, you can enjoy the winter atmosphere on the Alster. With an Alster steamer, you will cruise close to the shore around the Außenalster and experience the sights and world-famous buildings of the Hanseatic city from the water. Sit back and enjoy the traditional round trip. Back on land, you will have some free time before returning to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

9th Day | (31.12.2026) Free Time – New Year's Eve

Design today according to your ideas. Enjoy beautiful hours at the Baltic Sea, stroll along the promenade, and relax in the hotel’s wellness area. Perhaps you will also explore the spa town with its old villas, cafés, and boutiques. In the evening, a festive New Year's Eve buffet awaits you, including corresponding drinks.

10th Day | (01.01.2027) Wismar and Boltenhagen

After a cozy breakfast buffet, you will first travel with your guide to Wismar. Wismar has one of the best-preserved medieval town centers in Germany, with its monumental churches, impressive marketplace, carefully restored townhouses, and water art. The ideally developed town layout from the heyday of the Hanse has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002. In the afternoon, you will make a detour to the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. Beautifully located between Lübeck and Wismar, it is the third-largest Baltic Sea resort in Germany. For dinner, you will return to your hotel.

11th Day | (02.01.2027) Departure

Today it is time to say goodbye again. Well-rested and with many impressions and memories in your luggage, you will begin your journey home after breakfast.
