Day 1 | Arrival – Mittersill

Departure in the early morning to Mittersill. You will be warmly welcomed at the 4-star Sporthotel Kogler. Room allocation and dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 | Lienz – Mittersiller National Park-

Advent Market

This morning you will see the charming district capital Lienz. Here you have the opportunity to explore the festively decorated main square in front of the Liebburg on your own. In the afternoon, you will visit the Mittersiller National Park Advent Market. In addition to fully lived traditions and old customs, “Living Workshops” invite you to see, understand, and even participate in some activities. Alternatively, the afternoon is free for your own plans.

Day 3 | Kufstein – Kitzbühel

After breakfast, you will take an excursion to Kufstein, the city on the green Inn. High above the city and visible from afar, the impressive Kufstein Fortress towers. During a guided city tour through the city center, you will learn everything important about Kufstein and experience the second-largest city in Tyrol in a winter atmosphere. Afterwards, you are free to explore the city on your own. In the early afternoon, continue to Kitzbühel. The famous winter sports resort is not only known for the famous Hahnenkamm race but also for its churches. After an individual stroll through the city, return to the hotel.

Day 4 | Christmas Market Gut Aiderbichl

Your excursion today takes you to the internationally renowned Christmas market at Gut Aiderbichl. Traditionally, during the Advent season, one of Europe’s largest live animal nativity scenes is created in the courtyard, where not only oxen, donkeys, and sheep but many of the rescued animals contribute to a festive atmosphere and a beautiful gathering of humans and animals.

Day 5 | Zell am See – Christmas Eve

Today, after a hearty breakfast, you will start your excursion to Zell am See. The historic old town with its historical core is worth seeing. A small winter walk along the lakeside promenade should not be missed. In the festively decorated hotel lobby, the entire team from Sporthotel Kogler invites you to coffee and cake as part of the Christmas celebration in the afternoon. A festive atmosphere and a thoughtful, atmospheric program will prepare you for Christmas Eve. In the evening, enjoy the rich festive buffet in the hotel restaurant and let the chef pamper you with culinary delights from the region.

Day 6 | Free Time

Today is all about “sleeping in.” The afternoon is free for your own plans in wintery Mittersill. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7 | Return Journey

Wonderful Christmas days come to an end, and you will begin your journey home, filled with many beautiful impressions after breakfast.
