From glacial ice to Lake Constance

Day 1 | Welcome to Schoppernau

Departure in the morning and drive to Schoppernau. After arrival, a short welcome on the bus, followed by room allocation. A small welcome schnapps awaits in each room.

Day 2 | Bregenzerwald – Cheese Road

Today you will start a tour on the “Cheese Road Bregenzerwald” to get to know the holiday region. Drive to Sulzberg, the “balcony of Bregenzerwald,” with magnificent views of the mountains and the Alpine foothills. Then take the gondola in Bezau to the special roof with a breathtaking panorama up to Lake Constance. In Schoppernau, visit the mountain cheese dairy with a guided tour and a small tasting. After dinner, a film presentation about Bregenzerwald concludes the day.

Day 3 | Vorarlberg Tour

Accompanied by the hotel tour guide, you will start the “Great Vorarlberg Tour.” Over four mountain passes to the Silvretta reservoir, at the end of the glacier tongue for an individual lunch break. At over 2,000 m, enjoy the impressive high mountain world with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. On the way back, take a coffee break in Lech, the famous mountain village and winter sports resort.

Day 4 | Lake Constance & Enjoyment

Today you will visit Lake Constance. Stroll along the unique Bregenz Festival stage to the harbor. From here, take a beautiful boat trip to Lindau and have time to explore the island with its small alleys. In the afternoon, you will travel by bus to visit a distillery. Of course, a tasting is a must. Afterwards, return to Schoppernau.

Day 5 | Oberstdorf & Sunset

To conclude, you will drive over the Riedberg Pass, Germany's highest drivable pass road, to Oberstdorf to the famous ski jumping hills. Afterwards, you will have time to explore the lively town with its many shopping opportunities. Continue via the cross-Alpine road to Oberstaufen for a coffee break and then back to Schoppernau. In the evening, the cable car will operate for the sunset ride. After an early dinner, you have the opportunity to experience this special natural spectacle at over 2,000 m altitude.

Day 6 | Journey Home with Beautiful Memories

After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye and you will begin your journey home.
