South Tyrolean Week 'Gourmet Rich'

Look forward to a delightful week in the impressive mountain world of South Tyrol! From Villanders, you will discover Bolzano and the Renon, the elegant Merano and Lake Kaltern, as well as Brixen and the historic Neustift Monastery. Day 1 | Arrival in South Tyrol

Departure in the morning and travel to Villanders in the Eisack Valley. A welcome drink awaits you upon arrival. After room allocation, enjoy a 4-course dinner.

Day 2 | Villanders, Chestnut Path, and Klausen

After breakfast, junior manager Walter will personally show you the historic town center of Villanders with its Gothic parish church and the most beautiful cemetery in South Tyrol. Afterwards, you will travel to Klausen. The medieval artists' town at the foot of the Säbener Klosterberg invites you to stroll through its romantic alleys. Later, a wine tasting of three exquisite wines from the region awaits you at a winery in Villanders. Return to the hotel, where you can end the day comfortably with a fine 4-course dinner.

Day 3 | Spa Town Merano – Lake Kaltern

Travel to Merano, the traditional spa town with a Mediterranean flair. During a guided tour, you will discover the old town with its arcades and the flower-filled spa promenade. Afterwards, there will be time for individual strolling. In the afternoon, you will continue to Lake Kaltern, which is idyllically situated in the South Tyrolean vineyards. Return to Villanders and dinner at the hotel.

Day 4 | Brixen and Neustift Monastery

Travel to Brixen, the 1,000-year-old bishop's city. During a guided tour, you will discover the historic old town with its arcades and visit the impressive cathedral with its Gothic cloister. Afterwards, you will travel to the famous Augustinian monastery Neustift. Admission to the idyllic monastery complex with its magnificent Rococo church is already included. Later, a cozy snack with speck, cheese, and ¼ liter of wine awaits you in the rustic monastery cellar.

Day 5 | St. Ulrich and Kastelruth

Travel to St. Ulrich in the Gröden Valley, famous for its traditional wood carving. You will visit the Dolfi wood carving workshop and then have time to stroll through the picturesque holiday resort. On the Luis-Trenker promenade, you will see the monument of the famous mountaineer and actor. Continue over the Panider Saddle to Kastelruth, known as the home of the "Kastelruther Spatzen". Here, there will be time for a coffee break and an individual stroll through the village.

Day 6 | Capital City Bolzano & Ritten

Travel to Bolzano. While strolling through the historic old town, you will discover the charming arcades, Walther Square, and the Gothic cathedral. Afterwards, there will be time for an individual visit to the fruit market or the South Tyrolean Archaeological Museum with the famous ice mummy "Ötzi". In the afternoon, you will travel to Ritten and enjoy the magnificent view of the Dolomites. A special natural spectacle are the Ritten earth pyramids near Lengmoos.

Day 7 | Free Time

Take advantage of the hotel's amenities or explore the surroundings. In the afternoon, coffee and cake await you, and in the evening, a delicious menu.

Day 8 | Wonderful Days Come to an End

Today, you will begin your journey home.
