Day 1 | Arrival Mechelen – Antwerp

Departure in the morning and travel to Belgium. On the way, you will make a stop in the charming city of Mechelen. During a walk, you will discover the historic old town with the Grote Markt, the impressive St. Rumbold's Cathedral, and the picturesque streets along the Dijle. Afterwards, you will have some free time to relax in a café or stroll through the charming alleys. In the late afternoon, continue to Antwerp, check in at the hotel, and enjoy a cozy end to the day with a group dinner.

Day 2 | Antwerp

After breakfast, you will explore Antwerp on a city tour. The historic port city impresses with a successful mix of history, art, and modern lifestyle. A short bus ride takes you to the historic center, which you will then explore on foot. You will see the impressive main train station, the historic old town with the Grote Markt and town hall, as well as the Cathedral of Our Lady, which you will also visit to discover significant works by Rubens. Afterwards, enjoy a group lunch in a typical brasserie in the old town. Then, visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site Plantin-Moretus Museum. During a guided tour, you will dive into 300 years of printing history and discover the historic printing house – the oldest preserved printing house in the world – as well as the magnificent living quarters of the Plantin-Moretus family. The rest of the afternoon and evening is free for you to enjoy.

Day 3 | Bruges: Charm & Canals

Today, your excursion takes you to Bruges. The medieval city of Bruges appears almost as if in a Sleeping Beauty slumber. To this day, it has lost none of its medieval charm, which it once gained as a wealthy trading city. The completely preserved old town with its narrow, winding streets and meandering canals, the idyllic Beguinage, and the dreamy Minnewater will enchant you. In 2000, UNESCO declared the entire city center a World Heritage Site. A subsequent canal cruise offers you special views of the medieval city and its historic buildings. Afterwards, you will have free time to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the city. Return to Antwerp and individual evening arrangements.

Day 4 | Brussels – Return Journey

On the return journey, you will make a stop in Brussels, the heart of Europe. Experience Brussels with an experienced guide. Discover the Atomium and Manneken Pis, as well as other attractions. Additionally, Brussels is, of course, a city of culinary delights. After an individual lunch break, you will begin your journey home with many beautiful impressions.
