Day 1 | Arrival – Würzburg

Departure in the morning and drive to Würzburg. Together with a city guide, you will stroll through the festively decorated Würzburg and be enchanted by the unique atmosphere that prevails during the Advent season. You will explore some highlights of the city, taste Christmas cookies, and discover the cozy old district of "Pleich," which, away from the hustle and bustle, gives an impression of what winter Würzburg looked like in ancient times. Afterwards, you will visit the Juliusspital winery and learn about it during a tour (approx. 1,500 m walking distance, without seating options). After tasting a selected wine, you will continue to the hotel. After checking into your room, you can spend the rest of the day according to your wishes. Visit the festively decorated Christmas market and enjoy a warming mulled wine in a Christmas atmosphere.

Day 2 | Rothenburg ob der Tauber – Return Journey

After breakfast, you will leave Würzburg and continue to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. After a tour through the romantic alleys of the historic old town, you will have plenty of time to visit the Alt-Rothenburger Reiterlesmarkt. This market is nestled in the picturesque backdrop between the town hall and St. Jacob's Church. After an appropriate stay, you will begin your journey home.
