Lermoos in Tyrol

We have it – your dream vacation! Blooming alpine meadows, lush green in the valley floor, sparkling mountain lakes reflecting the rocky walls of the almost three-thousand-meter peaks. Day 1 | Arrival in Lermoos

Departure in the morning and travel by modern coach to Lermoos. At the Hotel Edelweiss, you will be warmly welcomed with a welcome drink. Room allocation and then dinner at the hotel.

Day 2 | Three Passes

Today you will undertake a classic Three Passes tour. Through the Tyrolean Lechtal, you will reach fashionable winter sports resorts at the Arlberg. Lech is a popular winter holiday destination for the Dutch royal family. From there, you will go to the Flexen Pass (1,773 m), which flows directly into the Arlberg Pass (1,793 m). The charm of the winter sports resort in St. Anton will captivate you even in summer. From St. Anton, the Austrian ski nation began its journey. From the small town of Landeck, you will drive to Imst and reach the lowest of the three passes, the Fern Pass (1,210 m). Return to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 3 | Free Time

You can spend today freely according to your wishes. Experience a beautiful holiday day around the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 | Linderhof Palace – Oberammergau

After breakfast, you will visit Linderhof Palace, where King Ludwig spent most of his time and which was his favorite palace. After a visit, you will continue to Oberammergau, the site of the Passion Play. Learn more about the history and traditions of the old artist village. Afterwards, you will visit the Benedictine Abbey of Ettal. Before the rugged rocks of the Alpine forest rises the majestic dome of the Ettal Basilica, the heart chamber of the monastery. The first Gothic structure of the church was built in such a way that the massive dome served as a widely visible sign of the sanctuary “our beloved lady founder,” giving the then still lonely mountain valley a distinctive stamp. Return to the hotel via Oberau and Garmisch.

Day 5 | Tannheim Valley

After breakfast, we invite you to a half-day excursion to the Tannheim Valley, which is referred to as the most beautiful high valley in Europe. The drive leads over Reutte, Weißenbach, a scenic drive over the Gaicht Pass, along Lake Halden to Tannheim, the main town of the valley, with its beautiful parish church. The afternoon is at your leisure in Lermoos. Perhaps you will take a walk through the beautiful landscape around Lermoos or use the time to visit the hotel’s indoor pool and sauna paradise.

Day 6 | Kühtai & Ötz

Rich breakfast buffet. Afterwards, you will take a trip with a local guide over Zirl and Kematen to Kühtai – the highest located village in Tyrol. Continue to the Ötztal to Ötz, the main town of the front Ötztal. Its picturesque town center with historically grown architecture, such as the Tower Museum, sets cultural accents. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and boutiques invite you to stroll and linger. You will return to Lermoos via Imst.

Day 7 | Free Time

Relax or be active – design your holiday day entirely according to your taste.

Day 8 | Return Journey

An eventful holiday in the mountains comes to an end. With many beautiful impressions in your travel luggage, you will begin your journey home.
