Water heated to 48 degrees, which comes from thousands of meters deep and is particularly rich in minerals, along with the mud, are the true treasures of this territory. Veneto is the quintessential region of longing in Italy. This is not surprising, as it brings together many elements: culture, the homeland of famous wines & artists, and of course, the lagoon city of Venice. It is one of the most beautiful and fascinating places in the world and is hardly describable in words – one must experience it! The perfect blend of cultural experience and deep relaxation makes this journey an unforgettable experience.

Day 1 | Arrival in Veneto

Departure in the morning and drive to Northern Italy in the Veneto region, to the well-known spa town of Montegrotto. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 | Padua

Today you will visit Padua, one of the oldest and most important art cities in Italy. With the city guide, you will visit the Basilica of Saint Anthony, as well as the historic city center with the university founded in 1222 and the medieval squares. You will spend the afternoon in Montegrotto.

Day 3 | Prosecco Wine Route

The “Strada del Vino di Prosecco” leads to charming villages and wineries. You will visit Treviso with its strikingly branched waterways, between which the town, with its impressive palaces, lies. Italy's first wine route winds over 47 km through the gentle hills of the area. Conegliano is the center of the wine-growing region from which Prosecco originates. You will visit the cathedral and the picturesque old town. A Prosecco tasting with snacks will, of course, be included on this trip.

Day 4 | Euganean Hills

The afternoon excursion takes you to the Euganean Hills, whose landscape is characterized by cypress trees, Venetian villas, and picturesque villages. You will arrive in Este, once the seat of the rulers of Ferrara. The absolute highlight is the Castello Carrarese. The impressive fortress is surrounded by high walls that have a circumference of about 1,000 meters and are interrupted by 12 towers. You will continue to Arquà Petrarca with the tomb and residence of the famous Tuscan poet Petrarch, who spent part of his life here until his death.

Day 5 | Lagoon City Venice

A very special excursion to the romantic lagoon city of Venice awaits you! Travel by our bus to the Tronchetto parking lot – from here, you will continue by boat to the city of love. There, the city guide will meet you for a tour: discover the highlights of Venetian architecture: the bustling St. Mark's Square with St. Mark's Basilica and the bell tower as the first destination. Then continue through the winding alleys of Venice to the impressive Rialto Bridge and the famous Grand Canal with its countless Renaissance palaces. There will still be time for personal exploration before returning by boat and bus to Montegrotto.

Explore your holiday accommodation, enjoy the amenities of the hotel, relax in the soothing thermal water, and let your soul dangle….
