Day 1 | Arrival

Departure in the morning and drive to Travemünde. At the Maritim Strandhotel, you will check into your rooms and can feel the proximity to the sea and be enchanted by the picturesque scenery.

Day 2 | Lübeck

Today you will take a trip to Lübeck. Even those who have never visited the city on the Trave know at least some of its landmarks: the world-famous marzipan or the famous city silhouette with the seven towers, which greet you from the jam jar at breakfast. During a guided tour of the old town, you will get to know the city better. The closed cityscape was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987. Afterwards, Lübeck marzipan is on the agenda. In the cozy Marzipan-Speicher Café, we invite you to a "Kaffeeklatsch" around Lübeck's specialty No. 1. Enjoy a piece of delicious Lübeck marzipan cake and freshly roasted filter coffee. The rest of the day is at your leisure in Lübeck.

Day 3 | Holstein Switzerland

On a round trip through the picturesque hilly and lake landscape of Holstein Switzerland, you will visit the towns of Plön, Eutin, Malente, and Harmsdorf and experience a 5-lake boat trip from Plön to Malente. On a small boat and "low" water, you can enjoy the quiet beauty of this forested and hilly water landscape marked by a hundred gentle colors. In the afternoon, you will visit a ham smokehouse with a tasting of Holsteiner ham.

Day 4 | Pure Baltic Sea

On a nice day, simply make yourself comfortable in a beach chair right in front of the hotel. If you prefer to engage in sports, you can rent a bike at the hotel and explore the Baltic Sea coast. Or treat yourself to some luxury in the wellness area today and take time for yourself.

Day 5 | Island of Fehmarn

Today you will explore the only Baltic Sea island of Schleswig-Holstein. The drive takes you over the Fehmarnsund Bridge, the landmark of the island of Fehmarn. Also known as the sun island, Fehmarn impresses mainly with its mild Baltic Sea climate, pleasant air and water temperatures, and stunning nature reserves. During an entertaining city tour, you will get to know the picturesque small town of Burg from its best side.

Days 6 + 7 | Free time

Day 8 | Return journey

Well-rested, you will begin your journey home.

The hotel is located directly on the wide beach and the extensive promenade of Travemünde. All 240 rooms have a balcony. The partially modernized Classic rooms are equipped with a bathtub, toilet, hairdryer, TV, telephone, minibar, and free Wi-Fi. The Classic rooms are located on the 4th and 6th floors, while the Comfort rooms are on the 8th to 10th floors.
