To the sunny land of Croatia with MS La Belle de l'Adriatique

Come aboard the MS La Belle de l'Adriatique and experience a new feeling of cruising! The ship of the CroisiEurope shipping company combines the intimacy of a river cruise ship with the charms of an ocean cruise. Built to the latest standards of technology, the ship resembles a large yacht. Those who travel the Adriatic and Croatia's coast by ship choose the traditional and most beautiful way to approach the country. For when the ship glides slowly towards the coast on the brilliantly blue waves of the Adriatic and all the details gradually become visible, one feels strangely like an explorer of new worlds. Romantic bathing bays, picturesque coastal towns and interesting cities, unspoiled islands and bizarre rock reefs, all in sun-drenched azure blue and sunny yellow. Croatia invites you to discover its original beauty and its incomparable and natural charm.

Day 3 | Dubrovnik – Mljet

In the morning, we invite you to a guided city tour of Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is the heart of the Adriatic and is therefore called the “Pearl of the Adriatic” or “Croatian Athens.” With its old town surrounded by an impressive city wall and its small alleys, Dubrovnik enchants its visitors. You will see the Dominican Monastery, the Cathedral, the Rector's Palace, once the seat of government and now a museum of cultural history, the Sponza Palace, and the Onofrio Fountain (exterior visits). The afternoon is at your leisure, and you have the opportunity for your own city explorations. Late in the evening, the ship departs and sails to the island of Mljet, which is about 30 kilometers from Dubrovnik. Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 4 | Mljet – Korčula

After breakfast, you will enjoy an island excursion to Mljet, the most beautiful of the Adriatic islands. It is an oasis of tranquility and one of the greenest islands in the Mediterranean due to its well-preserved hundred-year-old pine forest. After a walk, you will take boats to the small island of St. Mary, located in the large salt lake Veliko Jezero, and see the protected Benedictine monastery from the 12th century. The MS La Belle de l'Adriatique departs and sails to the neighboring island of Korčula. After a guided city tour, we invite you to a folklore evening on board the ship. At night, your ship sails towards Šibenik.

Day 5 | Korčula – Šibenik

During the morning, your ship reaches Šibenik. In the afternoon, you will visit the port city with its cultural heritage and unique location in the picturesque and wide bay at the mouth of the Krka River. You will explore the labyrinth of narrow streets from the 15th and 16th centuries on foot and see the Cathedral of St. James, which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site (exterior visits). Afterwards, you will admire impressive picturesque waterfalls and idyllic lakes during a hike through Krka National Park. Here, a total of 17 waterfalls plunge over a total height of about 40 meters. Stroll along the waterfalls and admire this natural spectacle. Back on board, your ship sets course for Trogir at night.

Day 6 | Šibenik – Trogir – Split

In the early morning, you will reach Trogir. The city impresses with its medieval character, making it feel like a museum city. The heart of Trogir is a small island framed between the coastal mountains and the coast of the island of Ciovo. The unique historical town center with its numerous sights is certainly one reason for Trogir's inclusion as part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will see the Cathedral of St. Lawrence with its portal created by Master Radovan, the Town Hall, and the old town (exterior visits). Just in time for lunch, you will be back on board, and your ship will sail towards Split, arriving in the early afternoon. During a guided city tour, you will get to know the historic city. UNESCO has declared the city of Split a World Heritage Site. In addition to its 1700-year history, its variety of archaeological, historical, and cultural monuments, Split also has the charm of a modern Mediterranean city. In the evening, return on board and dinner.

Day 7 | Split – Hvar – Vis

In the morning, your ship departs and heads towards the island of Hvar, also known as the Croatian St. Tropez. During a city tour, you will explore the port city. Hvar is one of the most beautiful Dalmatian islands. The mild climate, wildflowers, lavender, rosemary, and heather make the island particularly special. You will see the Franciscan Monastery, which houses a beautiful art collection, and the Cathedral of St. Stephen (exterior visits). You will spend the afternoon in Vis. Shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, and cafés along the promenade invite you to stroll. In the evening, you are expected in the ship's restaurant for a festive gala dinner, followed by joyful hours with music and dancing in the lounge.
