Jever & Insel Langeoog
On the road in the land of the Frisians
A holiday in Friesland offers many facets, both culturally and in terms of landscape. The emergence of art, culture, customs, and traditions has often been influenced by the dictates of natural elements. There is the shoreline with its wide beaches and the endless diversity of the Wadden region. The mudflats and salt marshes in front of the dikes are among the last secondary primeval landscapes. The holiday destinations in Friesland have a lot to offer, whether picturesque coastal towns, marshes, and geest, or modern industrial culture. Friesland is truly worth discovering.
