Day 1 | (27.12.2026) Arrival in the Black Forest
Today marks the beginning of the "New Year's trip" with your arrival. Arrival in Bad Dürrheim in the afternoon.
Day 2 | (28.12.2026) Freiburg
After breakfast, you will travel to the southernmost major city in Germany – Freiburg im Breisgau. The city, founded in 1120, owes its unique charm to its historic old town with the "Bächle". A tour guide will accompany you through centuries of Freiburg's history: along the Freiburg Bächle, through cozy alleys, over the most beautiful squares, past historic facades to the impressive cathedral. Afterwards, there will be plenty of time for a stroll around the city. Back at the hotel, we invite you to a cozy wine tasting. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3 | (29.12.2026) Bad Dürrheim – Villingen
In the morning, we invite you to a city tour of Bad Dürrheim. Afterwards, you will take a short trip to Villingen. Explore the historic city center with its numerous sights, beautiful half-timbered houses, romantic alleys, and babbling brooks at your own pace. In the evening, the hotel invites you to a grand kitchen party. Stroll through the hotel kitchen and sample the delicacies from pots and pans.
Day 4 | (30.12.2026) Zurich
Today, your excursion takes you via Schaffhausen to Zurich. Zurich combines creative city life and idyllic natural landscapes in a small space. During a city tour, you will see the most interesting sights. Not only great minds like Einstein, James Joyce, or Wagner were fascinated by the water city with its intact old town – people from all over the world have always flocked to this vibrant metropolis. Your tour will take you through the old town with its hidden alleys, corners, and oases. Afterwards, there will be time for an individual city stroll. Return to the hotel and dinner.
Day 5 | (31.12.2026) Winter Walk – New Year's Eve
After breakfast, a winter walk through Bad Dürrheim will take place. Afterwards, relax a bit or unwind at the Waldeck Spa Resort before the grand New Year's Eve celebration begins in the evening with a gala dinner, music, and midnight snack – Cheers to the New Year!
Day 11 | (01.01.2027) Baden-Baden – Return Journey
After a cozy breakfast, you will begin your return journey. In Baden-Baden, you will have an individual sightseeing stop during lunchtime. Afterwards, you will head home.
