Viennese Advent Dream

The pre-Christmas season in Vienna is something everyone should experience at least once. Festively decorated shopping streets, the scent of cotton candy and roasted almonds fills the air, and the numerous "Christkindlmarkets" invite you to linger and marvel. The Viennese Advent is a unique experience!

Day 1 | Arrival

Departure in the morning and drive to the city of waltzes with heart – to Vienna. You will be warmly welcomed at the hotel. Check-in and dinner.

Day 2 | Pre-Christmas Vienna

Today is all about the waltz metropolis. During an extensive city tour, you will explore the Austrian capital. Passing numerous sights and along the famous Ringstraße, you will admire the magnificent buildings from the imperial era. Of course, you will also stop at the famous Schönbrunn Palace, where Franz and Sissi surely spent their Christmas holidays. In front of the palace, you will find a lovingly designed Christmas market. Here you will have some free time to admire and taste the handcrafted toys and Christmas treats. The day ends with a traditional schnitzel dinner in the Vienna Prater. Return to the hotel and overnight stay.

Day 3 | Free time - Optional: Excursion to Krems & Kittenberger Experience Gardens

The excursion takes you to Krems: the gateway to the Wachau, a charming town on the Danube. Krems is known for its historic old town (UNESCO World Heritage Site) with medieval alleys, historic buildings, and squares. Here you will have free time – for shopping and strolling and possibly also for lunch (not included). Afterwards, you will continue your journey to the Kittenberger Experience Gardens, which are a special highlight during the Advent season. The gardens transform into a true winter wonderland at this time and offer a magical experience for visitors of all ages. The various themed gardens are festively decorated with thousands of lights, Christmas trees, and decorative elements that create a festive atmosphere and invite you to take a cozy walk. Enjoy the Christmas concert "Advent Magic in the Garden" with a cup of punch or mulled wine and let this wonderful atmosphere take effect on you. Alternatively, you can also explore the city on your own today, and we will meet for a joint conclusion and dinner in a typical Heurigen. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4 | Return Journey

With many beautiful and new impressions in your travel luggage, you will begin your journey home after breakfast today.
