Day 1 | Romantic Road – Augsburg
Departure in the morning and drive to Rothenburg ob der Tauber on the Romantic Road. With its largely preserved medieval old town, Rothenburg is a world-famous sight with many architectural monuments and cultural treasures. Like hardly any other German city, the romantic flair of the late Middle Ages and the Renaissance has been preserved here. A thousand years of history and fairy-tale idyll combine with cosmopolitan hospitality, shaping the city's unique charm. You have free time to explore. Perhaps you will visit the “Christmas Village” of Käthe Wohlfahrt, located in the heart of the old town on Herrngasse. In the afternoon, you will be warmly welcomed at the hotel in Augsburg.
Day 2 | Augsburg – New Year's Eve Celebration
After breakfast, you will experience the many historical, cultural, and architectural sights of Augsburg's over 2,000-year history during a city tour, such as the Town Hall, Fuggerei, craftsmen's old town, palaces on Maximilianstraße, Brecht House, and much more. Afterwards, you have time for individual strolling through the city. In the afternoon, you will prepare for New Year's Eve. At the New Year's Eve celebration in the hotel, you will bid farewell to the old year in a festive atmosphere. Have a good start into the new year with live music and dancing! Selected drinks are included this evening (beer, house wines, soft drinks, coffee/tea).
Day 3 | Circus Krone in Munich
Enjoy the extended breakfast buffet on New Year's morning. Late in the morning, you will travel to the neighboring Bavarian capital, Munich. During a city tour, you will discover the Frauenkirche, the Residence, the Olympic Park, and much more. Afterwards, around 2:30 PM, you will welcome the new year at Circus Krone. The stage is set! Look forward to lots of laughter, wonder, and pure excitement at Circus Krone in Munich. After the show, you will return to Augsburg. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 | Ulm – Return Journey
Today, it is time to say goodbye to the city of the Fugger family. With many beautiful impressions in your travel luggage, you will begin your return journey after breakfast. In Ulm, you will make a stop and have free time. The two-city offers a variety of historical sights – foremost the famous Gothic cathedral with the highest church tower in the world. Afterwards, you will begin your journey back.
