How is the seating arrangement in the bus done? Can seats be reserved?

The seating arrangement is done based on the time of registration. There is no entitlement to a specific seat. Changes in the bus type may result in changes to the seating.

Are travel insurances included in the travel price or can they be booked additionally?

Travel insurances are not automatically included in the travel price. BOHR generally recommends taking out travel insurance and is happy to provide information on suitable options.

What is the minimum number of participants for a trip to take place?

The minimum number of participants for the trips is 20 people. If this number is not reached, BOHR will inform early about possible alternatives or changes.

How are the coach buses equipped?

BOHR primarily uses 4- to 5-star coach buses from renowned manufacturers such as Mercedes-Benz, Setra, and MAN. The buses feature generous seat spacing and modern safety and comfort standards.

How much luggage is allowed per person

On multi-day trips, each person may bring one piece of luggage weighing a maximum of 20 kg, as well as hand luggage. For flights, the respective baggage regulations of the airline also apply.

Can wheelchairs or mobility aids be transported?

Walkers, wheelchairs up to 23 kg, or other mobility aids must be declared as special luggage when booking. Unfortunately, electric wheelchairs and city buggies cannot be transported.

What fitness level is required for active travel?

For hiking and cycling trips, the health requirements should match the respective journey. Walking times, elevation differences, and route profiles are explained in the travel descriptions.

Can I bring my own e-bike or bicycle?

Personal bicycles can be transported on many cycling trips. E-bike batteries must be removed before loading and transported separately. Bringing personal bicycles is not possible on cycling flights and cycling cruises.

Are admission tickets included in the price for city or music trips?

Admission fees are only included in the travel price if this is explicitly stated in the respective service description.

How do transfers work for combined flight and bus trips?

For combined flight and bus trips, BOHR organizes the transfer to and from the airport. The joint check-in is also conducted with the assistance of a BOHR travel companion.

What happens with changes in cruise trips?

On cruise trips, changes in the itinerary can occur due to high or low water levels, for example. In such cases, alternative means of transport may be used or program points adjusted.
